Mayor John Grogan reads the Proclamation that offically changes the name of "Community Park" to "St. Helena Heritage Park." The name change will more clearly define and identify the park, with the Canalway Center, the Heriatge Museum, the St. Helena II & III, as well as serve as a gateway to the Ohio & Erie Canal Corridor. The plaque was then presented to Canal Fulton's Parks Chairman, Fred Fleming, to be displayed in the Canalway Center. |
