Exhibitor Space Fees & General Rules

2008 Festival, August 15 & 16, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
Art exhibitors must be an art type exhibitor. (i.e., oils, watercolors, pastels, acrylics, drawings, pottery, glassworks, jewelry, lawn sculptures, photography, furniture, etc.)
Art must be original
Applications with payment must be received by July 15, 2008.
Booth spaces are available on a first-come first-serve basis. (40 spaces available)

Two space sizes are available:

10 ft. X 10 ft. - Cost $50
10 ft. X 15 ft. - Cost $75
Spill – may spill out 2 feet outside your booth

Set Up / Tear Down: Exhibitor is responsible for booth set up/tear down and all materials therein.

Exhibitors may set up Thursday, Aug. 14th, from 5:00 PM -8:00 PM & Friday, Aug. 15th from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
Propane tanks (if needed) are permitted and must be secured. Flammable liquids (e.g.. Paint thinners) must be in a sealed, (1) quart, flame proof, container.
No water or electricity is provided. Power generators are permitted. Electrical cords to appliance must be of commercial type as one continuous cord. (No connectors)
A minimum 5 lb., all purpose, fire extinguisher that is current on its annual inspection, is required.
All exhibitor spaces will be inspected by the city fire marshal at 10:30 AM. each day and must have received an inspection certificate prior to opening for business.
Overnight security will be provided Thursday, Friday, & Saturday night. However, exhibitors are responsible for any loss or damage of personal property.
All booth spaces and material must be removed by Sunday, 2:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy: Failure to appear as scheduled or withdrawal from the festival will result in the loss of your guaranteed booth space and space fee.

Subletting of exhibitor’s space is prohibited. Only one art craft per booth space unless prearranged and approved.

No Soliciting: No person(s) shall cause nor permit the passing of any handbills, literature, religious literature, post signs, except at booth or display space that is leased. State regulations prohibit concessionaires & exhibitors from being more than four feet outside the confines of their booth, trailer, canopy tent, etc.

Exhibitor Vehicles: No vehicles will be permitted in the festival area during festival hours. Vehicles must be parked in exhibitors designated parking areas by 10:30 AM and will not be permitted to enter the festival area until 6:00 PM each day of the festival for restocking and tear down.

Exhibitor Terms: Exhibitors are required to keep their area clean and presentable during festival. Trash containers are provided throughout the area. Due care and caution must be taken to maintain park grounds with vehicle and trailers use on park grounds.

City / State Rules: Exhibitors are required to comply with all city and state codes and licenses (i.e., exhibitors license).
All exhibitors are responsible for their own sales, collections & sales tax compliance.

Withdrawals are accepted. Up to May 1- full refund. Up to June 1 - half refund. After June 1 funds will have been committed.

Upon further review of information, you will be notified and an application will be sent.
